Nervous patients
You can stop at any moment.
About one in three of our patients tells us they dread the dentist. We book them longer slots, explain each step before we do it, and agree a hand signal that stops everything. Numbing gel goes on before every injection, and sedation is available for longer treatments.

Do you take new patients?
Yes, at both studios. The first consultation is free and takes about thirty minutes.
I am nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Tell us when you book. We plan longer appointments, explain everything before we do it and agree a stop signal. Sedation is available for longer treatments.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with most UK dental insurers. We give you an itemised invoice to claim back, and can check your cover before treatment.
Can I pay in instalments?
Treatments over £500 can be spread over 6 to 24 months, interest free up to 12 months.
What if something goes wrong after treatment?
Call us. Every treatment includes a free check after six weeks, and we see emergencies the same day.
Do you treat children?
We see children from age six for check-ups, hygiene and early aligner planning.
